Stanislav Ivanitsky, executive director of FSUE Novosibirsk Experimental factory, acquitted by the court on an economic crime, said that the enterprise’s land assets could be the subject to a raider seizure. Due to this, he wrote an appeal to law enforcement agencies.
About 2 years ago a bankruptcy manager was appointed to the factory. This event, according to Ivanitsky, led to a targeted sabotage. The Factory was asked to be declared bankrupt by the joint-stock company “Sibeko” back in 2017. The company was supported by the Federal Tax Service, and of course the court could not refuse the subordinates of Mikhail Mishustin, so – the “Experimental factory” became bankrupt. After that, the court changed the bankruptcy administrator to the native of the capital Aydar Gabdulvagapov, “he became the root of evil”, according to Ivanitsky
From an appeal to the competent authorities, one can find that Gabdulvagapov delegated powers to five “deputies by proxy” Artur and Denis Smirnov, Yuri Mokhov, Alexander Dvoryatnik and Maxim Millik at once.
Here is a quote from Ivanitsky’s appeal addressed to the regional prosecutor Yakov Khoroshev: “The financial and economic activities of the enterprise are carried out on fake payment orders by a group of persons independently without the knowledge of the external manager, for obvious reasons, so that in case of an unpleasant outcome of the situation for the organized criminal group, shift all responsibility to him.
Sidelines enterprises say that this is Gabdulvagapov – “vice chairman”, and everything is decided in the capital of the federal district. The Raiders are going to change the factory guards.
The invaders do not even carry out an inventory of the enterprise under various pretexts, trying to create various machinations.
The factory workers appealed to the assistant prosecutor of the Soviet district of Novosibirsk, Ivan Davydov, about the powers of attorney of Gabdulvagapov’s “great five”. However they never received an answer. In addition, a team of external managers purchased low-quality coal, which, according to director Ivanitsky, could freeze the factory. Ivanitsky also suspects the aforementioned persons of links with the top of Novosibirsk law enforcement agencies.
However, the CEO could not name the exact beneficiaries. But the factory’s land assets are really impressive: the factory owns 30 hectares of land in the ObGES microdistrict, in the recreational zone of Novosibirsk, as well as a dispensary in the Goluboy Bay village.
Let us remember that the Enterprise was launched in 1959 as a pilot factory of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences of Novosibirsk. came out the design turnover gained in 1976, manufactured units and equipment for the institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Siberia.
The enterprise was part of the structure of the Russian Academy of Sciences until 2018, then it became part of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations. The first difficulties for the enterprise arose in 2016. Then a case was opened against the executive director Ivanitsky. So, at least, the top manager himself thinks.
In 2020, he was acquitted with the right to rehabilitation. However after the acquittal, new criminal proceedings were opened. This time, with regard to non-payment of wages to employees.
