The widow of the late billionaire Russia D.Bosov left the directors of the Sibanthracite enterprise. Shockingly, for several months now, Katerina Bosov has been suing numerous heirs of the famous Russian businessman.

The list of managers of Sibanthracite on the official website of the enterprise already contains no mention of Katerina Bosov. Information about her departure was confirmed unofficially by a representative of the above organization, who declined to comment further.

D. Bosov died at night on 05/06/20. A pistol was found near the businessman’s body. The main version of the death of the businessman is suicide,  investigators also consider reckless handling of firearms as one of the reasons for the death of Bosov..

In the summer, the main character of these news sent an official letter to the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Affairs T. Pletneva. In it, she reported on a raider attack, which is being carried out by all available means on her firm. The widow’s representative announced an attack on the coal port of Vera, located in the Primorsky Territory. According to Katerina Bosova, the former partner of the deceased entrepreneur A. Isaev was actively involved in the seizure of this asset.

Around the same time, Katerina became the head of the board of directors of Sibanthracite. In addition, she made registration for herself of 50% share of the deceased entrepreneur in the Alltek group of companies. Similar actions were contested by the billionaire’s mother and 4 of his sons,  from Bosov’s two past marriages. As a result, the Odintsovo court of the Moscow region satisfied the claims of the above entities. According to the ruling, the widow did not have any rights to 50% of her husband’s share. Now, Katerina is appealing this decision in the Moscow regional court.

At the end of last year, Katerina was forced to leave the leadership position in Sibanthracite. D. Agha became her replacement. The company officially explained this decision in the first place by the desire to “distance the company from the litigation between the shareholders of the Alltek group of companies”.

Let us remind you that Sibanthracite is the largest producer of coal for metallurgy in the Russian Federation. Moreover, the company occupies a leading position worldwide in the production and export of anthracite. The total proven coal reserves of this enterprise are over 468 million tons. For the entire 2019, the revenue of the company in question exceeded 125.5 billion rubles.
